Mr. Buggle Lau
Chief Analyst of Midland Realty

Highlights: The property market has been one of the hottest topics in Hong Kong for years. According to the Demographia International Housing Affordability Survey, Hong Kong has unfortunately been “the least affordable city to live in” for several years. Even after the rate hike by Federal Reserve, there is no evidence that the bull market in property ends in the near future.

Is there any change in the residential market after the new Chief Executive taking office in July this year? Any potential tightening policy measures to be introduced by the new administration? Will the interest rate hike affect the property market? Is there any district and location in HK with high upside potentials in house price? All these are questions to be answered.

We are honoured to co-organize with The Alumni Association of Postgraduates in Economics of CUHK and invite Mr. Buggle Lau, Chief Analyst of Midland Realty, to share his thoughts on the above topics.

Mr. Lau has over 20 years of analyzing the property market in Hong Kong. His profession and experience definitely help providing insights for us. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn more about the latest development and outlook of Hong Kong’s property market.
